Following this acquisition in July 2005, Zohar joined IDX as the Managing Director of the newly acquired business. Zohar subsequently played an key role in GE Healthcare’s acquisition of IDX. Before his involvement with RealTimeImage and IDX, Zohar was a Director of Business Development for Scitex Corporation, (NASDAQ: SCIX), a global leader in digital imaging solutions for the graphic arts industry, where he evaluated business and corporate development opportunities and implemented M&A transactions in line with the company's corporate strategy. In addition, Mr. Elhanani was formerly an Associate with Giza Venture Capital Fund where he managed investments in the IT, Enterprise Software and Communications sectors. |
